You now have a new program called Delivery Zone Manager. Set up as many zones as you like here, for example:
UK Mainland
Scottish Highlands
Northern Ireland
Republic of Ireland
Western Europe
East Europe
Far East
North America
etc
In Despatch & Delivery Manager, Add then Edit your delivery service and add / update your Service Bands for as many zones as you require.
