User tags gives you a great deal of flexibility to identify your users in many different ways, which is in addition to putting them into groups. 


Send Emails Via Tag Groups

Users can be selected by their tag groups in Email manager so you can send out highly targeted campaigns. 


Using Tags For Flagging Data Protection Requests

We recommend using tags to flag up users who have exercised their rights under data protection regulations to object to or restrict their data being processed read more here. User tags appear alongside user data in User Manager, Prospect manager and Order Manager.


How To Set Up User Tags

  1. Go into User Tags
  2. Add your tag group names
  3. Add tags within each group
  4. Go into user Manager
  5. Select a user record
  6. Click on the Tags tab
  7. Select which tags apply
