As required under GDPR, we have provided Data Processing Agreements Controller-Processor within our new terms and conditions for clients to accept when logging in to the Admin Console, available from 22nd May 2018 onwards. The terms are available on our website here.
We sign corresponding sub-processor agreements with 3rd parties who sub-process your data, principally being the hardware and data centre provider for the servers which host your data. Our servers are hosted by Bytemark* at these locations.
Our software shares required data with the data processors you have selected to provide services for your website, for example through integrations for delivery services, payment processors, analytics etc. You may need to have your own data sharing agreements in place with them and to agree to revised terms to use the services. Please refer directly to your service providers.
