It is possible for an admin to turn a form enquiry into a registered user and populate the name, email and telephone number data on the user record. 

This is useful where you want to screen registrations before accepting them as users..

Here's the workflow:

Setting Up The Form & Activation

  1. Set up the custom form in Forms & Processes 
  2. Tick the fields 'Email admins?' and 'Is this a user approval/activation form?'
  3. Embed the form into the appropriate place to display it
  4. The Activate Account button will automatically be put into the email notification to the administrator
  5. Test your form works
