Product launch typically involves pre-listing upcoming products which can be:
- Previewed on your website prior to launch but without a Buy button
- Providing a link for customers to subscribe to receive an alert telling them when the product is made live for purchase
- Allowing 'early bird access' to the product so that customers marked as having early bird access can purchase a product in advance
Set Up
The product status must be set to Upcoming*
A Launch Date and time can be set to trigger emails to people who have subscribed to be notified when the product is live*
Tick to make it available to early bird customers (set up on the User record or via VIP Club read more here)
*Template changes may be required.
Reporting
You can run a report to see how many people have subscribed to be notified:
Admin > Reports > Upcoming Products Report
