Re-engagement Reminders allows you to send out email notifications to newly registered users on the site who haven't purchased after a period of time. Additionally email reminders can be sent a number of days after the first order has been placed, or the second order or third order etc.

Example Use Case 1 - New Distributor Signup & Chasing 1st Order

A potential distributor signs up via a form on the website which creates a user record and they are vetted and put into a "Distributor" group by sales admin within 24-48 hours. If an order isn't placed within 7 days an email is automatically sent to prompt the user to place their first order. If an order still isn't placed within 14 days then a second email is automatically sent. After 21 days without an order a third email is sent saying the distributor status will be withdrawn unless an order is placed within 7 days, and then a 4th email is sent after 28 days to say they are no longer eligible to be a distributor. At each stage of an email being sent, a bcc copy is sent to the account manager assigned to the user record.

Example Use Case 2 - Chasing 2nd & 3rd Orders

A customer has placed their first order and now the system will automatically email them after further 14 & 28 day intervals to prompt for the second order to be placed. Once the customer places their second order, further email notifications are sent after 14 & 28 day intervals to prompt for a third order to be placed and develop a pattern of regular repeat buying.

Other Email Reminder Methods & Rewards
New Order Email Tasks can also be set up to send automated emails after set periods of time. for example 90 days after each new order is taken which then maintains the regime of reminder emails. You can also set up loyalty coupons to tempt buyers back within a set period, such as 30 days or a full VIP club with different levels of rewards.
