There are five steps you need to follow to create a new page and inspect it, whilst not being visible to the general public :

1. Create the Page [Admin: Page Manager]

2. Under the Page Status drop down menu, select "Off" [Admin: Add New Page or Page Manager: Edit Existing Page]

3. Copy the "URL" name of the page for example about_us [Admin: Add New Page or Page Manager: Edit Existing Page]

4. Paste this "URL" name after your domain followed by .html so: www.mydomain.co.uk/about_us.html

5. If you are happy with the page layout, remember to edit the page in Page Manager and turn the page status back to "On", otherwise users will never be able to see your page.


Tip: Repeat step 4 with your IP in place of your domain name, if your website is still in the building stages and NOT live, so; 127.127.0.1/about_us.html
