There are two steps you need to follow to remove the customer`s phone number off the invoice:


1. On the Dashboard, hover over the "Business Setup" navigation link, and click on the "Edit Site Setup" link.

2. Perform a Find on screen for the word "phone", and remove the tick from the check box which reads: "Add customers telephone numbers to the invoice?"


Tip: To perform a "find on screen" using the browers built in search feature:

  • Windows users: Whilst holding down Ctrl key,  press F
  • Mac users: Whilst holding down the Command key, press F
