If you have a category with no products contained within it, but still wish to have this display to users, please do the following:


  1. Admin: Hover over "Business Setup" and click on "Edit Site Setup"
  2. Find on page the text that reads: "When using the "super-search" sidebar app, only show products arround the store that relate to that selection." 
  3. Tick the box
  4. Update
