Setting Up
- Go into Call Manager
- Add Call Types
The title will describe the activity and the call type whether the call is to a known customer or new name prospect:- 'User' call type is for selecting customers already registered on the site.
This means you can search for them and auto-populate fields such as telephone number.

Title: Trade > Dealer Upsell call - 'Custom' call type means you can freeform enter company, name and telephone numbers for quick call-outs where the contact is unknown at this time.

- 'User' call type is for selecting customers already registered on the site.
