Setting Up

  • Go into Call Manager
  • Add Call Types

    The title will describe the activity and the call type whether the call is to a known customer or new name prospect:
    • 'User' call type is for selecting customers already registered on the site. 
      This means you can search for them and auto-populate fields such as telephone number.

      Examples:
      Title: Existing Dealer call
      Title: Retail Upsell call
      Title: Trade > Dealer Upsell call 
    • 'Custom' call type means you can freeform enter company, name and telephone numbers for quick call-outs where the contact is unknown at this time.

      Examples:
      Title: New Dealer call
      Title: Partnership enquiry 
  • Add agents not already in the system as admins
  • Optionally, set up chrome browser authentication for 'no login' access via the browser.
